Today, TOPSGRUP is a force to be reckoned with, and is a result of the heart and soul that he has put in from the time he took over the reins of the company at a young age of 22.

After consolidating a leadership position for TOPSGRUP, Dr Nanda observed a huge gap in the way country’s home services are being delivered and ventured into India’s first consumer-to-consumer “On Demand Home Services App”.

As the co-founder of Cheep, Rasshi is responsible for sculpting Cheep’s brand image and spearheading it across not only India but also international markets, sensitive to each region’s cultural requirements.

Born in India but brought up in London, she has first-hand experience of cultural differences, and therefore uses her personal knowledge to enhance the user experience of the product.

On the rare occasion that she’s not busy with Cheep, Rasshi enjoys reading and exploring human psychology, indulging in water sports in Maldives, and spending quality time with her family.

As one of the initial founding team members of Cheep, Ayush has been instrumental in sculpting and spearheading the operations and now sales team for the organisation, not only in India but also international markets.

A self-motivator, with an innate ability to build and on-board teams, Ayush has been instrumental in the training, hiring and onboarding of 40,000+ professionals across India in Cheep.

A seasoned Marketing professional with a career spanning traditional, mobile & digital marketing. With over 8 years of experience, across varied fields in marketing, Amit brings in a level of dynamism and flexibility to tackle any marketing challenges. He has a single minded goal of getting the whole of India to start chirping about Cheep Care.

With 17 years of experience in Retail, Corporate, Channel, and Direct Sales, Anand drives our Channel Sales strategy to expand our Retail and Corporate customer base across India.
